Kauai Condo/House
If one person was interested in creating a monthly arrangement with me then this could me a good option. I may be on Kauai for six months to one year more. My requests would be a nice sized condo or house that I can occupy (cat friendly). Optional: light blue 2021 or newer BMW (or any car/vehicle ☺️). You cover all expenses associated with both of these parts. Then you would have a place to come meet me. We would agree upon a satisfactory monthly meeting plan.
Las Vegas House
I am very grateful to be on the island of Kauai. Long term I plan/desire to be in the city of Las Vegas. There are a million reasons that I could state why. If someone wanted to expedite the process with/for me. There are different ways this could go, if you feel intrigued please email me to discuss. [Also could be considered an investment plan. Gift me a certain amount and agree to send me paperwork showing you paid taxes on the gift amount. I could pay you back the gift amount (example: 50k), the taxes you paid, and an interest amount.]
